Question

I can sync my visor at home on my USB or serial Cradle no problem. When I try to sync on my work computer useing my serial cradle nothing. The visor try's but it can't connect. My work computer is running windows 95. I hooked a seral mouse up to is and it worked fine. I am useing palm desk top on both computers. My work computer also has outlook 97 on it and is connect to a network. My system op has tryed also but stiil no luck. If any one has any ides I would love to hear them. Thanks

Have you checked the obvious? Is the HotSync Manager configured for the proper serial port?

Mark's Q is appropriate. How about, "Is there an available serial port?" I had to install a serial card for my system at home because the mouse and modem had all the avialable COMM ports.

The cradel is the only thing useing a serial port, hot sync manger is configered correctly and set my com ports to the same setting that I have on my home computer. .
