Hello,

I am trying to hot sync my visor platinum and download avantgo web sites.

I am using a cable modem at home that is hooked up to a USB port. My platinum is hooked up to the other USB. When I hot sync, my internet connection is lost. Has anyone experienced a similar problem? Thanks.
