Here's a good review of the M100. Apparently the screen is 42% smaller than the Palm IIIe and the chasis is almost identical in size, it's just shaped better so it fits much better in your pocket.
On another note: the Palm VII comes with OS 3.2 while the Palm VIIx comes with OS 3.5! Why on earth don't they just make them both OS 3.5?

execpt for the smaller screen size, and the lack of any exepansion and that it is incapible with any accossry that we already have I'd buy the M100 but thoes three things are enought to talk me out of it.

I heard that Palm was going to discontinue the VII and only keep the VIIx. If a person has the money to spend 50 bucks a month on service, then they're going to be able to pay the extra for 8mb's of ram. Also, I don't know for sure, but those pages that you get online must start to take-up some space.
