Question

I was gonna pick up a pack of write rights, well actually the company was gonna pick them up at best buy for my visor. But I noticed that on inyourpalm they mention that the iii versions dont fit exactly is that true?, I noticed that they had visor protector for 25 and the others for 20, but the description for the visor said they were for the iii?

anyway

I ordered the ones for the palm III, they do leave a small gap on the sides. I have not seen them installed on a palm so I am not sure how this gap compares to the gap if any that would normally be there. I can say that it was NOT a very large gap and if the gap did not exist I do not know how I would ever get the stupid things back off.

I am using WriteRights for the PalmIII on my visor. They do have a small gap however, it is off the writing area so it isn't that big of a deal.

I put on my Dad's Visor yesterday and it seemed to fit just fine.....

It took me 2 years to go through my first pack of Write Wrights....the new pack I bought has the stupid Write Writes logo at the bottom of the plastic that now shows on the Visor.....I HATE IT. DON'T PUT JUNK ON MY SCREEN!!!!!!

I have Win CE WriteWrites on my Visor. Like Big-B, I've never seen how they are supposed to fit, but much smaller of a gap and I'd think they would be hard to remove.

As to the onscreen logo, UGH! I agree that is lousy!

would it be possible to "cut out" the logo and just live with the small area not protected? Is the logo in the bottom corner?

The logo is at the very bottom in the Center. It doesn't take up too much room but I notice it. I guess you could cut it out.

I have the Palm III WriteRights, and while they do have a gap, if you center them in the screen, the gap on either side isn't even big enough to fit the tip of your stylus in.

If you don't like the logo at the botton of the WriteRight, I suggest you e-mail ConceptKitchen and let them know. I did.
