PDAsLostOrStolen

I understand that PDAsLostorStolen is no longer in business, and I am enrolled in their PDA insurance. When I try to access their website, I get a message that the site I'm trying to reach is temporarily unaccessable, and there is a place to file claims with a company called The Signal.

Is anyone familiar with what is going on here???

Thanks,

Barb

Thumbs down PDALostorStolen

I have purchased insurance for my Platinum & Minstrel S modem. I recently dropped my Platinum, they 'changed' the policy w/o notifying their customers. I will only get re-embursed to have the screen repaired. I have not sent in my claim yet and will see how it goes. As soon as I get my reembursement, I will drop their service.

Call them at 877 469 8494.

Thanks for the info! I think I'll call them & cancel. Sounds like they are not very reputable.

The Signal had been my insurance on my cell phone with Cingular. I just dropped them, because they raised their price from $2.95 to $3.95 a month. Little to expensive, approaching 25% of the phone's cost per year.

I'm not saying their other rates will be as high, though. But you may want to ask your general insurance agent if it's loss would be covered, depending on your deductible.
