Palms new M505's...just sick
By: culo77 @ 10:07 PM

Has anyone seen the new patriotic M505's. Wow Palm has found a great way to capitalize on tragedy.

I was about to Buy the M505(for me) an M105(for my girlfriend) Next week. Untill i saw this on their site. I thought the MJ And Claudia palm models were sad, but this sickens me. I am now going to be totaly faithfull to Handspring, they donated Deluxe and Vphones with service. Thats patriotic.

hey Palm, instead of painting you current products make a New one.

Hmmm.. maybe I'm just stupid, but in my limited looking on the site, I can't seem to find a picture of teh patriotic one. Maybe you could post a link to it for us slower people.

mmm a blue or red 505, what's so patriotic about that (except for the name of the color... )
I thought they would at least have painted an american flag on it....
I agree with Culo it is kinda sad to cash in on a tragedy like this...

also see this discusion: http://www.palminfocenter.com/view_Story.asp?ID=2621

I think Palm made a bad PR move with this one..

Do files get embarrassed when they get unzipped?

I agree. And I don't like the new colors at all. Who would want to have a "remembrance" Palm in 2 or 3 years (assuming that they last that long)?
