I feel stupid asking this but why can't I send business cards ir between Nokia 3360 and Visor Prism? I can send 3360 to 3360, and Visor to Visor. What am I missing?

What're the steps you're trying to follow? I can send them between my Edge and 3360, so I can't see why a Prism couldn't do it.

3360 to Prism: name highlighted, details, options, send bus. card, via infrared, primary number.
Prism to 3360: press and hold address button.

This may be a silly question, but you are turning IR reception on using Menu + 9 + Select (on the phone), correct? Do you know the firmware version on the phone?

*3001#12345# will bring up the programming menu (I'd advise not to play around with the settings). Scroll down to the SW Version option and hit Select. I've got v1.04 and things work fine.

Same firmware ver. I had to do a hard reset on my visor, and now I can use IR with 3360. Now I have to find out which program or hack caused the problem. Thanks for your help!
