Unhappy

My screen looks mostly white inside, but outside or in the car it looks extremely dark and sort of pinkish. Is this normal? Should I take it back to Best Buy? Karuna

What kind of device are you talking about? The Prism is supposed to be horrible outdoors. Have you tried changing the contrast/brightness?

The contrast/brightness is set at the max setting. I am talking about the Prism. If it is supposed to be "horrible" outdoors, then mine is meeting expectations very well. Any info on the screen almost completely disappears. Also, even indoors the screen NEVER looks "bright." I am thinking of returning it tomorrow. Anyone else having these experiences with the screen?
