VisorPhone in Prism, hard to turn on or off

I have my VisorPhone in my Prism, recharging in the cradle. The VisorPhone LED does not light up or blink.

I had to turn off my VisorPhone and remove it physically from my Prism. Then re-insert the unit into my Prism and then I got the LED on the VisorPhone to work.

Anyone had this problem?


My second problem is this; I have both my VisorPhone and Prism in the cradle recharging themselves. I try to turn on the Prism using it's power button. Sometimes it takes two presses to turn the unit on. Same problem when trying to tun the Prism off, it takes two presses to turn the unit off.

Anyone else experience this problem?
