I downloaded the Palm Desktop Software update recently (version 4.0.1). Even though the Palm website warned that it is for Palm devices only (I figured, my Visor's running on Palm OS...what's the diff?). Well, everything went well, but now I've realized that my Mail syncing conduit is missing from the HotSync menu. Is this something I did? And how can I get it back, I'm missing my new emails!

My guess is that a search for "4.01" should find you some answers. Consensus seems to be uninstall, reinstalling w/out the conduit stuff, & reinstalling the HS conduit on top of it.
