I've got a new VxD and 7110 and am trying to connect to the internet with them. I've downloaded IRlink 1.5 and the 3com infared update. Configured IRLink as in the .pdf file included. And my Vxd does pass the 'phone number' onto my phone when I try to connect. However the phone does nothing other than give a unable to connect tone. However if I dial the number directly from my mobile it connects fine and my isp is obviously waiting for something from my phone. Am I doing something wrong? Can anybody help please?!?!?!

just a silly suggetion, but do you have your beam receive turned on??
