 upgrading PalmOS

I have a Visor running Palm OS 3.1 and would like to use apps that require at least 3.5-how do I upgrade system software? thanks

You can't. The OS is in ROM and can't be upgraded. You can pick up a used Neo, Plat or Pro on ebay for relatively little cash.
