My hard drive died and I lost all of my phone numbers, emails, etc. They are all stored on my Visor. I did a hot synch with hopes that everything would synch back up to my pc. It didn't. Does anyone know how to do this????

Hmm, that should have done it. I can come up with two possibilities on what happened.
<OL TYPE=1><LI> The information was copied to you desktop, just to a different location then you expected. This because of differences in the conduits you are using. <LI> The Hotsync or conduits did not realize that this was a sync with a clean desktop. If that is the case you may have lost the information on your Visor. Easy enough to check, not easy to fix. </OL>

Assuming the problem is the first: Where were you looking for the data on you desktop? Were you looking for the data in Outlook, when it ended up in the Palm Desktop? Check what conduits are installed, and what their configurations are set to. Also to avoid the second option from happening, until you get the information from your Visor safely to your desktop, set all the conduits to "Handheld overwrites Desktop."
