Yesterday my Prism started having a problem. A family member was using it to play a game, and when he tried to "get out of it" (he does not have/want/know how to use a PDA) he says he clicked on some of the buttons, but is not sure which ones. Up came a "Fatal Exception" screen.

I reset it with the reset pin. All other programs seem to work ok, but every time I try to access the Address book, I get a fatal exception, and have to reset again. I have restored using the back-up module, and synched with the computer overriding the address book (only) to try to snap it out of this.

The hacks I have enabled have been on there for a while and haven't shown any problems in that time.

Any suggestions? TIA

heh...in case anyone's curious:

A warm reset this afternoon fixed the problem - not sure why it didn't work the first time, but happy now.
