Question

I am posting this questiong to see if anybody is aware of a program that will allow me to use Netscape Communicatior with the Palm 3 operating system? I currently own the Palm III and I have a visor on order. All responses will be appreciated.

I think that with Netscape Communicator 4.61 you get the option to install Palm support.

From Netscape 4.61 download page:
Netscape Communicator
4.61
Includes Navigator, Messenger,
Composer, AOL Instant
Messenger 2.0, RealPlayer G2,
PalmPilot Synch tools (Windows
only), plus multimedia plug-ins.
56 bit Standard Encryption

So yes, 4.61 should help, unless you're on a mac.

No, that just syncs the Communicator and Palm Address Books. I think what Jake (and I) is looking for is a way to sync email.

To Briareos
I followed John's instructions and it worked like a charm. Not only was I able to hot sync my email, I also wrote an email to myself on my Palm III and it was delivered after hot syncing. If you have a Palm device, give it a try and see if it works for you. In addition, I had to make sure my email program was active before I performed the hot sync, otherwise the hot sync program would crash. Good Luck!!!!!

Easy for you, maybe! For the life of me I can't find any instructions on how to do it. I'm using Communicator 4.7, and the help file tells me there is a "Palm Pilot folder" in the communicator program window. But I sure can't find it. Is there extra software I need to download? If so, where is it? Anyone have any advice? Thanks.
