I got same hot sync problem, sometimes it work fine with normal hot sync but if I try to install new application program to my visor deluxe (file size larger than 50K), the connection error happened every time. I've try to replace new battery and soft reset but it still can't work properly.

My PC config:

Win98SE, USB cradle, PII366, 64mb ram
No. hacks program running on visor.

Any ideas?
