Well, I thought I'd recussitate this thread, because Win2k is released. Although it is not on shelves yet, those of us in the software industry have had the final released version for quite a while now. Does anyone have any word from Handspring on if/when they will have Windows 2000 software available? Specifically, something that will let me sync to my Win2000 with USB (absolutely necessary) and IR (would be wonderful, but I'm not holding my breath). At the moment, the only way I can sync to my laptop is over the network when I get home, since I just have the one serial cradle, and one USB cradle. And I'd like to upgrade my machine at home to Win2000, but I'm concerned what that would do to me. Can I still do serial syncs on Win2000?
Has ANYONE heard anything back from Handspring on this? I sent email to customer support about 4 weeks ago, and have not received so much as an acknowledgement that they received my note.
