I upgraded to Office 2000 and am having problems syncing Outlook calender, contacts, tasks, etc. Everything else is hot syncing ok. I was using Office 97 before the upgrade. I remember reading threads about this problem several months ago and perhaps someone can straighten me out.

What problems are you having? Is it that none of data from the built-in apps are syncing to/from Outlook 2000 and you're not getting an error?
Is it that you're getting an error?
Are you using PocketMirror? If so, did you update your copy with the updates available at http://www.chapura.com?

I had a problem with outlook 2000 syncing also. Every time I deleted something on my visor it wouldn't change it in outlook and so because of that pocketmirror would come up with an error and re-put everything back on my visor including the thing I had deleted!!! I was frustrating. But I went to pocketmirror's site and found something about it (or something similar to my problem). How I fixed it was going to the run in the start menu and typed outlook.exe /resetfolders that fixed it!!! after that I've never had a problem. hope this will help

Thanks ProjectZero / Forvisor. I was not getting the apps (datebook, addresses, memo notes, tasks, etc. synced. I downloaded the latest Pocket Mirror version, installed it and it solved the problem. I spent a couple of hours agonizing over my decision to upgrade to Outlook 2000 when this cropped up. Thanks again!
