Hi,
I know that AT&T has a free service. There's some limitations such as signing away the fact that they can send you info, and, some kind of ads that you can't get rid of.
Two alternatives:
1. If you have access from work you can dial in using your work access and password
2. Do a search for ISP's and you'll get some good, complete lists of ISP's as well as prices, etc.
Lastly, if you already have an ISP for you main computer you can also use that account. You will, however, need to check on "multiple access" charges if 2 people are dialed in on the same account.
