Sumdex LEATHER PDA case - $14.95!

Wow! Having purchased a Stowaway a short time ago, one of the first things I was looking for afterward was a case to hold both Visor and keyboard. I initially purchased a Targus case that held my VD and Stowaway perfectly, but had only 1 TIGHT pocket to hold any credit/business cards, etc. Not happy with that, I started looking around and stumbled upon the Sumdex case. The first price I found was $39.99. Seemed a bit expensive, so I looked around some more. I finally came across http://www.outpost.com. Same exact case was $14.95 - including overnight shipping! The case is a bit smaller than a medium Franklin binder, but is made of leather, has 8 card pockets, an almost made to order net for the Visor, plenty of room for extra batteries, pens, Springboard modules, Stowaway etc., nice stitching, strong zipper, and even a clip to keep your keys within it if you like. Also has placed for paper money, checkbook, and more. The padded case allows for excellent Visor protection and has more than enough room in the cargo pocket to allow for the Visor's cover to be attached. DEFINITELY, the best accessory price/value/product combo I've come across in the last year. Again, it's a total of $14.95 with FREE overnight shipping. I ordered Friday at about 7:30am, and had it in my hands, delivered by Airborne Express, before noon the next day. Check it out - it is definitely worth a look!

It seems that the Sumdex has the same case for $40.

How do you think the case will hold a Visor Prism with Omnisky modem attached?

Can you tell how the Visor is held in place?

Yes, I believe they do, on their website.

The cargo net container is flexible enough to fit the Visor with almost any Springboard attachment, I believe. I don't think the modem would be a problem.

You can use the above compartment - which isn't secured, except by zipping the case; or, there is another larger compartment that is secured with a velcro tab. The case is very configurable. The only concession (IMO) is the size as opposed to a Visor sized case.
