Hi All,

So I just got my Thincom modem! Very cool and for the most part works well. I can get AOL mail using their free PDA prgm and I can connect to my local ISP using multimail and Browsit. I can't get the modem synch working. It dials, the remote modem picks up, struggles to negotiate a connection and then fails with an error about no carrier. Any ideas? It's on a Mac BTW. So far I have followed the handspring instructions. Dang, I'm usually pretty good treoubleshooting this stuff....
