NiMH Emergency Charger coming soon

Are there any combinations left to make for emergency battery chargers?

Emergency Visor Power Supply $4 at 7-11

I hate to rain on anyone's marketing parade...but hows about this for an emergency power supply: run to nearby 7-11 (or hotel lobby store). Purchase package of four alkaline batteries for $4. Place two of said batteries in Visor unit (remembering -- and this is key-- not to throw away your NiMh cells) and tuck two remaining alkalines into one of your travel bag's secret compartments.

Using this method you can expect to coax up to a week of extra life from your Visor.

Smile

The emergency travel charge looks very interesting, especially for the folks with non-replaceable batteries as in the Prism. I am glad to see companies still coming up with new Springboard modules.

Reminds me of the frontlight springboard module, like the lights available for gameboy screens. VC has it in the products list, though noone received it!
