I have some RAM and would like to know if it's EDO, etc. Is there any way I can tell by looking on the chip itself?

Lightbulb

There are so many different devices from so many different companies, that I usually just do an Internet search using the manufacturer and the part number. Seems silly, but it usually works.

Did you try going to the manufacturers web site and doing the search. Might narrow it down some.
