This there any way to transfer everything from my Palm 3 serial to a Visor USB ?. Does the Visor have some different software pre-loaded and will I use it if I transfer from the Palm.

All you need to do:
Synch your Palm III
Install Visor software over the Palm Desktop. You won't lose anything by doing this it'll just basically add the USB drivers.
Sync the Visor choosing the user name from your Palm.
Don't resync the Palm otherwise it'll change the saved preferences within the Visor and you'll get a fatal error.

If during this initial syncing of the Visor you don't get all of your applications loaded just locate them on the hard drive of your desktop and double click on them. This will put them into the installer program and they'll be loaded on the next sync.
Certain Palm software applications do not reside in the C:/Palm/SR/Backup folder and they may not load on the first sync.
Also, if you use Desktop to Go for your file viewer on the Palm delete the application from the backup directory before syncing the Visor.
I've found that it causes a fatal error. You can reinstall Desktop to Go from that applications program group which has a reinstall function.

Desktop to Go has new prc which has to be installed to prevent DocToGo from giving fatal error. go to www.dataviz.com & send e-mail requesting info.
