Serial port in use? HELP!

Hello,
B/c of where i live (in Montana) my ability to get wireless data is thin, so that we have finly gotten relible digital service i got the cable for my visor to my phone, my provider Verizon has the guide for sertting up palm to work with my phone. I followed there directions, and when i try to connect i get an error: Serial port in use (0x0307) well how can i see what is in use or fix this?

You can try a soft reset of the Visor. This usually frees up the serial port when it is locked. Also, if you use an external keyboard, make sure the driver is disabled.

Hello,
I do have the stoaway keybork, i went into the software and selected "Disable" keybord. is that all that i need to do?
