Angry

after using my Modem for a few days without a problem, I am getting the following error message "Memory Mgr New. c, Line:2982, Nill ID"

I have nio idea how to fix it or what it means. Has anyone else seen this.

Thanks

Replace the modem batteries. The SpringPort does some really funky things when the batteries get low. It's supposed to give you a low battery warning but my experience has been that, more often than not, it locks up the Visor and/or gives odd error messages.

I had read that, so it was one of the first things I did. But it continues to give me the same problems. In fact I have no problems retrieving my emails. Its only when I try to do a Modem Sync or attempt to go to a Web page that I encounter problems. Do you think it is a an Avant Go problem.

Have you tried the Xircom site?
