Unhappy cannot synch.

oh no...I was able to Hot Synch. just fine, haven't synched in 3 months. Now when I try to synch. I get no action from my Visor other than the first wheel rotating, no further action. My conduits are in place on my pc, now nothing, not even an error message in the log. What has happened?

3 months since your last sync??? Maybe you should try cleaning the contacts on both the cradle and handheld. Use a pencil eraser and gently rub the contacts. A soft reset of the Visor might help as well.
