I was wondering if anyone was in a similar situation with synchronization needs and could help me out. I'm new to the PDA and have just ordered a Platinum for myself and a Visor standard for my wife.

I've heard several people say that I will be able to create two different users in the Palm desktop for both of us. But, is there any way that we can designate specific entries into the calendar, contacts, etc. that will appear for BOTH of us? (When I enter a doctor appointment for myself, I'd like to be able to see when I've got the appointment, but if I've got a meeting at work, I don't want to bother her with it.) If not, is there another solution I can use to accomplish this?

Also, can I then synch each of these Palm desktop profiles to the corresponding yahoo accounts? (Using the Yahoo TrueSync accessor?)

Am I asking way too much? It would be even better if I could then synch Outlook at work using TrueSync as well, but that's not my highest priority, I can use yahoo contacts.
