Does anybody know how I can remove the priorities that are assigned to the "To Do" items in DateBook+?
In the single day view, I've gone into the Options...To Do Prefs submenu and deselected "show priority" but this had no effect except to remove the priorities in the "To Do" application.
Any advice is appreciated...

I too have noticed this problem and am looking for a resolution. In addition, even though "show priority" is deslected you can still set the threshold at which priorities are displayed which is counter-intuitive.
