 Question getting new Edge... how transfer info from old Visor?

I am getting a new Handspring Edge to replace my current Visor. How do I transfer everything from the current pda to the new one? I do not have any flash backup cards etc. Is there a way to do it via beaming or hotsynching?

Handspring actually has some pretty good support for this. Here is a link to the page on their site.

Upgrade to Edge
