Unhappy

I have a Minstrel S modem and a HandyGPS module which I use on my Visor Prism. Using a "borrowed" version of the Palm PQA system extensions I installed PQA support for my Minstrel S, which works fine. With the PQA system extensions installed I find that the HandyGPS module is not recognized. I guess I should have expected something like this given that it was never intended for these two items to coexist.

Try JPSystems PQA App (http://www.jpsystems.com/jps_home/freewapqa/intro.asp). It allows you to use Palm PQA's without having to, uh 'borrow', the Palm VII Libraries.

I've used the Palm VII Libraries myself and had some wierd things happen when trying to use them (mainly hitting some buttons and nothing happening). After loading the JP Systems PQA App, I was able to use the PQA's without a problem. It also puts all of the PQA's in a nice orderly view.
