Unhappy

I've begun to notice the orange tip on my PDA Panache has gotten very loose - I can spin it in my fingers. I didn't notice this when i first bought it and wondered if it's just that way. It seems to affect graffiti. Anyone else having similar problems?

Mine is quite well fixed. No spinning or wiggling. I would send it back.

I have a VIS-C and the tip is solid as a rock. They guarantee their stuff. I would send it back for a replacement. They guarantee the tips for LIFE. So get a new one.

If your stylus tip is loose or broken, contact PDA Panache. I believe they replace it at no cost.

Nothing wrong with my tip, but I noticed that the reset pin was a little too thick. I called and they sent me a replacement and a free pin-stylus! The replacement reset pin was the same. The tip of it is thicker than the rest of the pin so it makes it a little difficult and scary to push it in the reset hole on the Visor.

Red face

Well, I decided to send my stylus back for a replacement tip. Bad move, however - I went to Mailboxes, etc. instead of the post office and it ended up costing me $8 for shipping - I mean, damn, I might as well bought another stylus!! Anyways, just had to vent. Just remember, you can't beat $3.20 Priority Mail!

Thumbs down

I got my Panche a couple of days ago and the pin rest cover wouldn't come off! I had to take it to work and use a vice. When I got it off a small pile of shavings fell out! I figured thats why it wouldn't come off.
Another thing, after using the reset pin twice, the damn thing broke inside my visor! Luckly enough of it was stiking out that I could get a hold of it. I'm sending it back for repair, hopefully it doesn't take to long cause I really perfer it over the one that came with my visor.
