I concur with winchell and davis689. I tried the DST Panel download winchell points to, and it really works. It is 7k, and locates itself in the prefs application. It automatically adjusts the system clock in the visor. Before I downloaded it, I changed my system clock to 1:59 am on the last sunday in April 2001. City Time did not automatically adjust the visor clock, only it's own program (the little stars). If you know how to do it sluggo, let us know.
It does work. after the time change takes place, your system clock will still tell you it's the wrong time. Run City Time and it should automatically offer to change the time for you. Exit City Time and your system clock will display the correct time.
