Visor-Prism+VisorPhone+BugMe=Fatal Alert

When I use BugMe it sends fine then hangs while trying the recieve.

Fatal Alert
MemoryMgr.c,Line:4340
NULL handle

And I have to reboot. No data lose but too big of a problem to even want to use it any more. Has anyone else had this problem?
And before you ask, no I don't use any haks, and all my other communication software works fine.

I've lost patience with debugging non-essential apps. I had a simple solution to the host of problems and fatal errors with bugMe--i uninstalled it.
