My USB is slower than it used to be

Wierd. ever since i did a complete re-install of the windows directory, USB transfer to my soundsgood has gone from 4.xx minutes to 6.xx minutes.

I'm pretty sure i have all the chipset drivers and everything... what could it be??

well, the latest ones from ASUS(my mobo maker) I guess i could try the ones directly from VIAtech.com

auugh! i got the ones directly from viatech and now is even slower! 7 minutes to fill my soundsgood!

anyboddy have any ideas? i've no other USB devices plugged in right now.
