Does anybody know why my screen would have a vertical blank pixel line crossing a horizontal blank pixel line?

It shows in every program on my visor deluxe.

But, here is the kicker. The lines disappeared after I let it sit without the batteries for a few minutes.

Is this a software, static or some other kind of problem?

My Deluxe had a blank pixel line across the screen about three-fourths of the way down.

I gave it a solid "thwack" with my knuckle in the middle of the display, and it cleared up. Must have had a loose wire.

I suppose you could crack it if you hit it hard enough, but I guess I have the touch. I hit mine like I was knocking on a window...hard enough to get attention, but not hard enough to break it and hurt myself :-)
