Other people have mentioned the soft sounds the Visor makes and the fact that the alarm is impossibly quiet (you certainly wouldn't want to rely on it to wake you up). This is irritating. Is there any way to make it louder? When syncing the Visor, the noise it makes when connecting to the desktop appears to be quite a bit louder than the alarm. Is this my perception or is it really louder?

Anna,

Check your preferences (System/Prefs) and adjust the sounds accordingly. I have Alarm sounds as HIGH, system sounds as MEDIUM, and game as MEDIUM (why I don't know )

As for using the Visor to wake you up in the morning. I used mine for about 30 days while I was gone on a trip - it drove my wife crazy. I had no problems waking up with in. I was even able to find the on/off button to use as a snooze button.

I also have 3 Alarm active, a separate sounds dB loaded, and it plays the alarm sound twice.
