Unhappy Thinmodem Problems, pls help

I just bought a thinmodem and i can connect to the internet fine with netzero. The reason i say that is that extended links from advantgo bring my to new sites that i could never get to off line. IT also says that i'm connected at 31,000 kbs. The firmware is 2.1. Blazer doesn't seem to load up when i get connected, aim doesn't connect, and avantgo browser gives me an "error 5459: Unknown network error has occured. Any help would be great, Thanks for reading.

this is probably *not* a thinmodem problem...but a netzero problem...as you are aware u must use netzero's software to access the internet..and u cannot run the software on your visor...the fact that you can access some pages from avantgo is abit of a mystery (could be you are accessing some cached page) from someplace....there used to be a way to get the settings from netzero and access the internet w/o running the software and their banner but they stopped that in november....
