Question

Anyone had problems when it comes to getting money refunded?

I requested a refund for Solitaire Games pack, (smallware.com). The author got back to me promptly, as did PalmGear. They then need to contact the author. So far I haven't seen a refund show up in my account, but I'll give it a few more days.
Solitaire 2 caused my Prism to freeze. It has been updated since then, but I'm gonna give more of my money to Elctron Hut. THE best games developer!

Agree, whether it be the actual way their site is designed or the speed of the site, I've found palmgear to be horrendous.

I rarely go there unless someone links to something directly there.

They need a better & more stable web server.. (at a minimum). It's the only web site that actually causes Internet Explorer on my machine to hang. (really ticks me off)

Good but buggy

I like Palm Gear, but their web server - or at least their cold fusion server - crashes all too often.

I haven't had any reason to return anything I bought there.
