I called Handspring and the customer support representative stated that the serial cradle is $19.95 with the Visor. You also get the USB cradle that is shipped in the box with the Visor. You can buy a serial cradle by itself for $29.95.

I read a recent post stating that if you buy the serial cradle for $19.95, you will not get the USB cradle. I really don't know what to believe. Posters at visorcentral.com have received different answers when they call customer service. I wish Handspring would put prices on their website and clarify this whole ordeal.

Does anyone know what the options are for cases for the Handspring? I read Handspring's press release touting the different options we could select online.

The customer service representative stated that the new website could be up tommorrow or in two weeks. What kind of answer is that? Originally, the customer service representatives stated it would be up in a few days from the release of the Visor.
