 Question

I need somme help in downloading programs. could someone help me please. my visor loaded the games fine. What am i doing wrong?

Before anyone can tell you what you're doing wrong, you need to tell us exactly what you are doing. Maybe go through the step-by-step process you performed to try to load your programs.
