SoundsGood module problems

I just got my Visor deluxe running again (I was having problems with the screen shutting off with no notice. I'll post pictures of how I did it on my website in the near future). Unfortunately, my trusty SoundsGood died. I'd first of all like to point out that my SoundsGood is reconditioned, my original had problems with channel dropouts, and this one was the replacement from Good. The module is a few years old, and definately past warranty.

Whenever I insert the module, the Visor's screen blinks, and goes to the Prefs applet. I used to have trouble with this module, and usually could get it running again with repeated reinserts, but it would eventually crash or lock up my Visor. Now, it doesn't register at all. I'll drop it in, and end up at prefs. If, from Launcher, I open up the Info window, it does recognize that a Card is inserted, but reports it as "Free Memory: 0K of 0K".

The odd thing is that I can still play the music off of the module just fine buy using the hardware buttons (though it would be nice to _change_ the installed tunes every now and then ).

Oh, and I took the thing apart (since it wasn't working anyhow) and took a high-res scan of it, which is available at http://www.siue.edu/~chswing/pics/SoundsGood.png
WARNING: This is a 3MB picture. Note the solder joints near the SpringBoard connector on the far right side--they look a little fishy to me.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
