Well, are we synching with Outlook 97 or 98 since there isn't an Outlook 95? If your synching with Outlook 97 upgrade to Outlook 98 and you shouldn't have any problems after that. Also, the preference or category settings are often case sensitive so check that on your current version of Outlook relative to the Visor.
If not then delete the contacts from the Visor and then recheck that all of your contacts are "categorized" correctly in Outlook. Then resync...this should solve the problem. You can also change the individual categories one by one in the Visor but that's tedious.
