I'm thinking about buying a Visor but heard that the OS wasn't upgradeable from the current version of 3.1.
Somebody set me straight.

It is not flash upgradable...

It is yet to be determined if it can be hardware upgradable (replace chips)...

There shouldn't be any reason it couldn't be software upgradable. (Patches in memory)

There is little to no track record of needing to be able to upgrade the OS.
