Is there any Over Clocking utilities that work on the
Prism. I tried Afterburner and QuickHack and they
both crash the system. Any help would be great, as I want to use Libirty again (which is useless without such a utility!).

Quickbits is currently the best overclocker for Prisms. Afterburner only overclocks to 32MHz, essentially slowing the clock cycles of the Prism's VZ 33MHz down, but if you leave the clock speed to normal and check everything else, you might realize a better result.

Exclamation quickbits and j-os

i should just note that if you are using a form a j-os... the current release of quickbits has capability issues with it. i used it on my prism. a bit annoying for me, games under liberty play decently, but could be a bit faster. quickbits helped, but then anything that had japanese text worked all crappy. i'd rather have my games play decently and have the use of japanese text than choosing one over the other.

just another little side note: j-os iv has some little compatibility issues with the visor prism. nothing major that causes a crash, but it seems that app language settings aren't always refreshed on the screen. for example, i set up english mode for Applications (the launcher), if you don't you'll get a kanji character taking the place of the bullet and first character of programs that reside on a springboard module. on the visor deluxe, this always worked. however on the prism, the screen appears not to alyways refresh itself, so you'll occaisionally get the kanji character instead of the bullet.

Lightbulb nice overclocker

There is a DA app called ClockupDA that will overclock the Prism and Platinum up to 42mHz. There is a picture of it in action at the liberty reveiw here:

Personally, I've found that for liberty on the prism i don't need to be overclocked it that much, if at all. Using this utility I've gotten my prism up to about 320% consistently using benchmark 1.5 but the prism becomes slightly unstable at the highest settings. 39mHz is pretty stable. I'm not sure exactly where you can download ClockupDA but if you want I'll post it somewhere.
