I have a laptop with Windows 2000 and a home PC with windows 2000. When I try and sync one after the other (sync my home PC at night and my work laptop during the day). I press the sync button and nothing happens. I have to do a soft reset in order for the sync to start. After the reset, it works fine on the computer. then to get it to sync on the other, I have to do another soft reset.

Any ideas?
