My VPR shows the applications icon in black and white. Is this the same for everyone else?

I keep receiving Launch DB already open please close it error messages and forces me to use the reset pin.

I use Launch 'EM and have turned off its feature to always use it but I still get the errors.

If the applications don't support color then they appear in b/w.

I am referring to the icon named APPLICATIONS it shows up when I use Launch 'Em and it brings me back to the Palm Launcher if i press it. That icon is black and white where as all the other core apps icons are in color.
