Solution to Freeze after EVERY reset

Hello. I want to thank those of you that helped me through my little ordeal. After many hours of searching, reinstalling, syncing, and repeating, i finally discovered the culprit to my problems: Matrix. I'm a big fan of the movie, and liked this little security application designed to keep others out of my data. I downloaded it a long time back, and never could have thought it would be the source of all this grief (and data loss). It turns out, according to the reviews on PalmGear.com, that it produces similar results on others' PDA's, but just decided to have an even happier time with mine. Well, I feel a whole lot happier (and a little stupid, since I wasn't able to figure it out myself in these few months, but that's another story...) now that this whole thing is behind me. My advice to everyone: Steer clear of this little app until all the bugs have been worked out. Now, if those nifty little reviews on PalmGear only would've been there when I first found the app...
