The real question is: when AirPrime shipping? I'm sure that more than a few of us in the US have a greater need for a CDMA version. Will it be released simultaneously with the VP, or will we have to wait a few more months?

Sent an email to Airprime

They replied fairly quickly. The Airprime SB1000 will be available through resellers and that they are currently negotiating wit which resllers it will be. They will announce when they know.

Secondly, they said the expected availability will be between June and August of 2001.

Between June and August? Ugh. In Springboard time, that means between September and December of 2001. Oh well, at least that settles my GSM vs. CDMA dilemma.
