HI Folks,

I bought a platinum and am selling my deluxe. i have an interested party ($300 canadian) but don't know what to do. how do i clear it of all contents and reset it so it doesn't have my name in it?

Mr Chicken!

Let's not ignore this thread! 300 CDN is a bargain considering approx. 440 incl tax in the stores! Coincidentally 300 is exactly what I've been asking for mine .. no takers so far.. If you know anyone interested in my Green, please post here. I still stand to make more on this through ebay.

My prism is great.

Oh.. and for you folks who don't know how to erase the data you entered on the Visor, you can leave your batteries out for about 10 mins or so...if this does not work...alternatively and officially you may hard reset your visor by holding down the power button while inserting your reset pin or paper clip in the reset hole. Don't let go of the power button til you've removed the pin/clip.

Where are you located? Are you in Toronto? I had 4 people respond to the "ad" a friend of mine put on her intranet. I sold it within an hour of having her post it. Cash in my hand.

I just want to bump this up because it has usefull info that came in hand after I searched!!! I was trying hard reset prism and even this thread didn't come up!!!
